03. Projects & Payments

Where an advance payment, deposit or milestone payment is required, work may be scheduled or commenced according to the applicable payment arrangement.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and client approval.

Delayed payments may affect project timelines, delivery schedules or continuation of services.

04. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, approvals and access reasonably required to complete a project.

• Logos, images and other requested assets
• Timely feedback and approvals

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals or unavailable third-party access may affect delivery timelines.

05. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of materials and intellectual property that it owned before a project began.

Ownership or usage rights relating to custom project deliverables may depend on the applicable project agreement and payment status.

Third-party assets, fonts, software, libraries, stock media and other external resources remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Some projects may use third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, software, payment processors, APIs, advertising platforms or other external services.

These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, pricing, privacy policies, availability and limitations.

Fubo Services® is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions or failures originating from third-party platforms.

07. Limitation of Liability

Fubo Services® will make reasonable efforts to provide agreed services professionally and within the applicable project scope.

However, digital services may depend on factors outside our control, including hosting providers, internet infrastructure, software platforms, third-party services and client-provided information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fubo Services® will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside the agreed scope of services.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

08. Termination

Either party may request termination of an ongoing project or service arrangement, subject to any applicable written agreement.

Amounts due for work already completed, approved expenses or committed third-party costs may remain payable following termination.

Where appropriate, project files or deliverables may be transferred according to the applicable agreement and payment status.
